Here is an example on how to help educate distressed homeowners. It's sick but is really happening. These poor people are facing a crisis and seek help from a company whom they trusted. This is why it makes it so hard for us "Legits" to step in and help. But, because of this, I think it's a great way to build a repore with our clients. Be honest, diligent, and treat them with integrity. This scam is an extreme incident, but it just goes to show you how desperate people are when seeking help and how eager they are to trust you. This is valuable and priceless.
